Mental Health Awareness Week

May 15, 2018

Most of you will be aware that this is Mental Health Awareness Week (14-20 May), Research has shown that two thirds of us experience a mental health problem in our lifetimes, and stress is a key factor in this.

By tackling stress, we can go a long way to tackle mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, and, in some instances, self-harm and suicide. With help and support you can tackle stress and help improve your mental health.

If you feel you need help with stress, The Mental Health Foundation and Northern Ireland HSC have lots of information on how to get help and manage your mental health.
